A little about me...
I have spent most of my life in or around church leadership. As a daughter and granddaughter of missionaries to Japan, I have been learning about ministry leadership, theology, and community organization around dinner tables since childhood. I have served as a lay leader of churches for over 20 years, with professional church leadership experience, and non-profit para-church leadership.
During my college years at the University of Minnesota, I studied Journalism and spent a lot of time serving at a church plant. I went on to receive my M. Div from Bethel Seminary in 2015, specializing in preaching and communication. I worked in full-time ministry as a children's minister for 5 years, with the opportunity to serve on the executive teaching team. I most recently spent 4.5 years at INCM (International Network of Children's Ministry) where I coached, encouraged, and shepherded children's ministry leaders.
I am a certified coach specializing in leadership and life coaching and am a seasoned speaker.
I live in Minnesota with my husband and three wonderful kids.

I offer weekly, monthly, or 1-year coaching packages personally tailored to your needs. I can help you in your everyday leadership, and personal life and through major career and life transitions.
Speaking
I've spent most of my life leading groups or training them. From preaching to teaching workshops, I'm able to create messages or training to meet your needs. My favorite topics include: Hearing God's Voice, Spiritual Practices, Leading Yourself, How to Speak in Public (even if you're terrified) or Topical Messages.
I have spoken in churches, retreats, conferences, and small groups, to 20 and over 2000 people.
